Steps:

Kneel on the
floor with your hands on your hips

Stretch your
right leg out to the side, turn your right foot forward

Inhale, reaching
your arms overhead

Exhale, slide
your right hand down your right leg and reach your left hand
straight up, until you feel a gentle stretch

Keep your left
shoulder back, your chest open and facing forward
-
Take 4-5 full
breaths through your nose in this position

Reach both hands
straight up
-
Exhale, drop
your hands to your sides and come back to kneeling
-
Repeat on other
side
