out to each side with your palms down

Inhale

Exhale, dropping
your knees to the right (slowly and with control)

your knees back to center over your chest

Exhale, dropping
your knees to the left (slowly and with control)

Repeat 8-10
times

abdominal muscles more, do this twist with your feet raised
parallel to your knees
