Get a bolster or
roll a blanket into a tube shape

Place the
blanket across the short side of your mat (just past the mid
point of the mat)

Sit about a foot
in front of the blanket with your legs extended in front of
you

Using your hands
as support, lower onto your back, placing the rolled blanket
under your back, just below your shoulder blades

Roll your
shoulders back and slightly tuck your tailbone
-
Allow the rolled
blanket to lift and open your chest
-
Breathe slowly
and deeply into your belly and up through your chest
-
Stay here for
6-10 breaths
-
Roll onto your
side, press the blanket out of your way and come up to
sitting or roll back onto your back
