Steps:

  • Lie on your back with your head resting on the floor

  • Bend your knees, bringing them to your chest

  • Wrap your arms around both shins, holding one wrist with your other hand

  • Gently roll from side to side, massaging your lower back

  • Variation:  Bring your hands to your knees and make opposing circles with your knees.
