Thread The Needle

Benefits:

Steps:

  • Start on all fours

  • Inhale, lift right hand off floor

  • Exhale, sweep right hand between left hand and left knee

  • Relax onto right shoulder, rest right cheek on the floor

  • Stay in this position for 5-6 breaths

  • Repeat on the other side
