Shoulder Rolls

 

Benefits:

  • Stretches shoulder joints

  • Strengthens muscles between shoulder blades

  • Relieves neck and shoulder tension

Steps:

  • Start standing with feet hip width apart, hands at sides

  • Lift shoulders up, press them back, then down, creating backwards circles

  • Roll shoulders backwards about 6-8 times

  • Repeat in the other direction, moving shoulders forward
