Begin
in a seated position

Hold
a strap or belt in your right hand

Reach
your right hand over your shoulder, dropping the strap down
your back

Drop
your left hand to the side, then begin moving it up your back

Hold
onto the strap, working your hands towards each other

Sit
up tall, open your chest, press your shoulders down, tuck in
your tailbone
-
Take
4-6 breaths into the stretch
-
Release
your hands back to your sides
Repeat on the other side (holding strap in
