Stand with your
legs about hip width apart

slightly bent to avoid strain in the lower back

in front of you

your nose and raise your arms over head and slightly back with
your hands still clasped

Exhale through
your mouth, press your tailbone back and fold forward from
your hips dropping your hands between your legs

Continue this
“chopping” movement 10-15 times

to standing position and lower your arms
